I explained to the pharmacy technician that I was leaving the country the next morning at 5:00 am and that this was an emergency. He said he couldn’t promise it would be filled and that I couldn’t transfer it unless the doctor canceled and resent it. The app later showed it would be ready at 3:45 pm, but I never received confirmation call. I called at 6:00 pm to inquire and was assured he remembered me, that it was being worked on, and to be sure to and to watch for a text coming through before they closed. When I called again about 15 minutes before closing, the same technician said he never told me that. I understand they’re busy due to another pharmacy closing nearby, but this experience was inexcusable. I will miss the other pharmacy team members who served me over the last 12 years.

If you have a scheduled refill, do not expect it on that date because it will not happen and good luck getting it the next day!! Don't complain about it because they will make you wait longer for your prescription!
