In a quest to improve physical therapy treatment in the region, Dr. Tracy Hernandez developed her own innovative treatment strategy and opened the doors to Innovative Therapy & Wellness in 2001. Since then she has been helping people heal well, move well, and live well.
Her concept was to provide one-on-one, full-hour treatment sessions with a licensed physical therapist who would focus on identifying the source of the pain…not just treat the symptoms. Unlike the average facility consisting of therapist aides and technicians, Innovative Therapy & Wellness only employs licensed physical therapists with advanced clinical knowledge and skills. Their reputation for successful outcomes when dealing with complex cases has allowed them to grow largely by patient referral.
Today, Innovative Therapy & Wellness is an integrated physical therapy and wellness practice with a team of multidisciplinary professionals dedicated to helping others enhance their health and well-being. Their programs include wellness visits, massage therapy, Pilates, personal training, and nutritional counseling, each individualized for all ages and abilities. Whether you are recovering from an injury, aiming to keep fit, achieve a higher level of performance, or simply get started on a healthier lifestyle, their talented team is passionate about making a lasting difference and ready to help.

When dealing with something like hyper mobility and all the fun stuff that comes with it, it’s hard to find someone who understands the condition and all its comorbidities. Dr.Murray has been absolutely amazing and is the first I've seen who’s been bake to give me pain relief. I can’t recommend her enough, especially if you’re hyper mobile!
