    Inlet Fitness is truly one of the best gyms in Virginia Beach. I’ve been going here for years, and it never disappoints. The equipment is great, the gym is always clean, and the atmosphere is exactly what you want motivating but not intimidating. The people are awesome too. Friendly staff, solid trainers, and a community that actually makes you look forward to working out. Whether you’re lifting, taking classes, or doing your own thing, it’s just an all around excellent gym. Highly recommend Inlet Fitness if you’re looking for a place that feels like home and keeps you consistent.

    The owners, front desk personnel and personal trainers make it obvious that they want you there to have a great time and to get in the best shape that is right for you. There are obvious various levels of individual fitness levels but no one feels like they have to keep up. The training classes are tailored to an individual’s level based on their level of fitness. The location is in a prime location which makes it a joy to go, especially when a workout begins on the treadmill.

    My husband and myself have been members of Inlet Fitness since their inception. The owners and staff are true professionals. They provide our community with amazing workout spaces, classes and teachers but they give back to our community in other ways as well. There is a great spirit at Inlet which makes you feel welcome and appreciated for your membership. We love this place!
