- CCcush cornOct 6, 20251.0I’m appalled at what I experienced this morning at attempting to pick up my medicine from the pharmacy. A customer is being waited on & I’m the only person waiting. I understand being social with your customers and empathetic towards their situations and concerns, but not at the expense of customers waiting to pick up medicine. Make the conversation short. They were holding their conversation and ignored me just like I wasn’t even there. So I left without getting my medication. Will now have to find someone to pick up my medication for me. And I could have been rude, like I was treated, and interrupted the conversation, but I chose to be better. I treat people like I want to be treated. I only came to the store to pick up medication. My health isn’t good and it’s a real sacrifice for me to come in the store to get anything. I was already experiencing shortness of breath. I wanted to shop but I needed a riding cart but none of them were charged enough to use. I was using a shopping cart to lean on to get to the pharmacy. DO BETTER
