I have two parents in their 80's and the pharmacist knows them by name, knows all their medication, and always stops and talks with them. Because of this my mother really likes the pharmacist. The pharmacist actually cares about the patient thank god we are able to use this pharmacy. Thank you for showing compassion to my mother.

The 2 big chain pharmacies that I left in my area are overrun and they never have enough people working. Harris Teeter pharmacy is always timely and kind when I visit. I've been going here for several months now and there haven't been any issues that they couldn't solve. They've been helpful and willing to operate in a manner that makes it obvious that they appreciate my business. They might not keep the same hours as the big chain pharmacies, but I don't need to pick up my prescriptions late at night. I know not everyone has that luxury though. If you've been struggling with your current pharmacy, I highly recommend that you at least inquire with Harris Teeter. Chances are, the headache that they'll save you will make up for the convenience of big chain pharma's hours. They have turned my opinion of pharmacies around.

I am at the pharmacy frequently due to my chronically ill mother. Both pharmacists are by far the best pharmacists We have ever been to. Both are so considerate, informative, kind, and helpful. They both work so hard & the pharmacy always looks very clean. You never have to wait long & they treat all customers with respect. You never feel rushed or not heard.
