    I have always been satisfied with Marc when Serviced our Chairlift. He is knowledgeable, polite and a great teacher. We purchased he Service Program because of his honesty and sincerity.

    Appreciated the repairs that were made. Do wish there were 24 hr service number. I was stuck for 45 mins on a Saturday and my "urgent" message was not returned until Monday. Once we made contact, response was great.

    FINALLY , after 1.5 months. Thank you to 101 Mobility. 5stars for politeness. My parents are so relieved. They should get a billion stars for their patience. They resorted to PRAYING and lighting candles to get a reprieve from the physical hardship of the loss of the chair lift for my Father. However, the response time to repair a 4 year old straight stair lift Elan SRE3000 (out of warranty) but covered by VA was fast for diagnostics but the down time to 'wait for the parts to come from China" as told to my parents when BRUNO is MADE IN WISCONSIN was the last straw. The faulty control panel board and battery took a total of 1.5 months to fix. The countless calls by my parents and VA Nurse and finally mine yesterday , resulted in a service visit TODAY. Being a contractor with VA seems to be good for business but the vendor needs to have common parts in stock. It must be stated for the sake of other customers that in our family's case, my Father is a high risk for fall and has low/poor mobility issues. He is a 100% disabled US Navy VETERAN living successfully and independently with Mom at home and deserves a HUMANE response time given the physical limitations of the disabled VETERAN.
