When i got my membership, I also signed up with a personal trainer. Her name is Ryn, and I can't brag enough about her! She figured out my weaknesses very fast, and built me up in no time! I'm more confident with my workouts, seeing results, and I just can't say thank you enough!

He has been my personal trainer since May 2025 and he has been great to work with. Carnell meets clients where they are at and has been wonderful through both navigating an injury and training for a powerlifting meet. He is extremely knowledgeable and stays educated on the latest techniques in training. He is always able to answer any question I can come up with and is happy to explain the science behind his programming. I’ve seen major results with Carnell and have been hitting new PRs that I didn’t think were possible. I highly recommend Onelife and Carnell.
