- RHRenee HarteSep 5, 20251.0I used to like Connect Hearing until is was bought out by Audio Nova. I bought a brand new hearing aid (which took 5 days to come in). The hearing specialist said the new product did not work. So they gave me a loaner. 6 weeks later and I still don't have my hearing aid. The audiologist is only in on Thursdays & Fridays (and most often not even that). I have tried every conceivable phone number to try to resolve this issue and have gotten NO WHERE. So either my options are contacting the parent company which is in Switzerland or hire an attorney. Save yourself trouble and go elsewhere.

Allie did not even know us and we have never even been to connect hearing and she helped my Grandfather fix his hearing aid on the spot. She said that if he had a problem with it again, to just give her a call and she would help him out again. Will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to everyone I know.
