  Read the real and true reviews , not the (order of them) I was a patient here for a better part of 4 years. They will insist on doing anything costly first. They will guide you into debt . And when they don’t do their part, they have no accountability . After a second opinion a dental office I went to after, was in absolute shock at the neglected portions of my treatment with coastal cosmetics. My new dentist let me know much of many unnecessary treatments were done. I went into trusting this place, to let them know some of my concerns to being told it’s been a nightmare getting my money back that wasn’t used towards treatment . There was may discrepancy in my treatment. Leaving holes in new caps and letting bacteria inside of them. Made excuses why it was not filled, charged me excessively and the fact is, it appears , professional, and well put together. However in my 4 - 5 years of coming here trying to complete my needs. They did what they wanted, they choose a cap perhaps one that may have been left over that didn’t match any of my teeth. I’ve went through a rollercoaster , save yourself the headache, stress, and blame. I wouldn’t recommend coming here . For the temporary work from the start of it it’s been so difficult to eat. They refused my refund for much of a year . And denied my 17K they took, and are trying to reimburse me not even half . I want to make sure everyone is aware . The white picket fence’s isn’t as white as it appears . While I was dealing with family in hospice care Sin Clair , unprofessionally and rudley asked if I had something more important to do. Their assistant Rikkey called me a tweeker when they put a cap in, that was to large and kept creating issues w my mouth. They repeatedly told me it was all fine, months later Sinclair shaves down the cap, the inflammation finally relieved . A nightmare of a place to spend 30 thousand dollars and be treated poorly . I will attach photos for anyone who wants to see how they left my mouth. Highly recommend going through the dental office of your choosing with a fine tooth comb . Absolutely unacceptable , and unaccountable. -5 for me.

  Just recently started going to Coastal Cosmetic and thought it was outstanding. Everyone on the staff is so personable and helpful and the building and equipment are fantastic. My wife has been going there for several years and tried to talk me into going there and I am glad I finally gave in (I only wish I had done it sooner!). Highly recommend.

  I had a very pleasant new patient dental appointment at Coastal Dental. I was greeted very warmly by the dental receptionist and other staff members. The dental hygienist and Dr. Reichley are great. The office is modern and utilizes the latest dental technology. I am looking forward to my next dental appointment with Dr. Reichley and his staff.

  After going to this dentist for over five years, I was treated terribly and would never anymore recommend them to anyway. I was scheduled for a wisdom tooth extraction with their in-house oral surgeon (I was told I needed to schedule and pay the full amount right away) and was never told that he was out-of-network with all of the insurances they accept. It cost me $530 more than if I had gone to someone in-network. Even after asking several questions about the charges and insurance, they did not bother to tell me. I spoke with several in the insurance office and the office manager after I discovered this and was told it wasn’t their fault. They refused to make it right. There was no integrity, honesty, or professionalism in the way I was treated.

  Coastal provided me with the best dental experience that I’ve had for years! I called after being quoted 11 months for an initial appointment with another dentist. Joy was a pleasure to speak with on the phone & put me on a priority cancellation list & I was able to get an initial appointment within the month. Their facility is absolutely gorgeous and during the entire experience, their team makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The initial appointment was booked for two hours, however, the time went by very quickly. My dental assistant/hygienist Heidi explained all of my X-rays, gum health, & answered all of my many questions. The dentist was very nice & genuinely happy to answer all of my questions and concerns as well.
