  I just finished my second class and I’m already hooked! I’m a stay-at-home mom who started mat Pilates during pregnancy to help prevent injury. Now, with a 6-month-old, it’s hard to find time to exercise—and working out at home makes it all too easy to come up with excuses. Because of my husband’s work schedule, I couldn’t attend the official intro class, but the studio was incredibly accommodating and placed me in a Reformer Flow class that fit both my schedule and beginner skill level. The instructor was prepared for me from the moment I arrived, asked thoughtful questions about my current routine, and was able to adapt the workout to account for any lingering effects from pregnancy and birth. The class schedule is another huge plus, with sessions offered throughout the day, every day of the week, along with flexible membership options. I knew I could realistically commit to just once a week for now, and that worked perfectly. While the price initially felt a bit intimidating at $109/month for four sessions, the experience completely changed my perspective. The variety of equipment keeps each workout engaging and effective, and having a knowledgeable instructor there to correct form and tailor the workout makes it incredibly worthwhile. This has truly felt like an investment in myself—mind, body, and motherhood.

  Courthouse Pilates is a standout studio that creates a genuinely welcoming and friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff and instructors are not only approachable but highly knowledgeable, which makes a big difference whether you’re new to Pilates or more experienced. One of the things I appreciate most is the variety of classes they offer—there’s something for everyone, from more challenging sessions to slower, restorative classes when your body needs a reset. The small class sizes are a huge plus, allowing for a more personalized experience and ensuring you never feel overlooked. What really sets this studio apart is how attentive the instructors are. They take the time to understand individual needs and are always ready to modify exercises to accommodate physical limitations or injuries. That level of care makes it a safe, supportive space to build strength and confidence at your own pace.

  Great classes, especially when you get to progress to the 1.5 and 2.0 classes. Instructors are knowledgeable and offer alternate movements to accommodate any injuries. Front desk ladies are great!

  I came in a few days ago for my free workout. I've been doing mat Pilates for a few weeks now and was curious to see what Pilates with the reformer was like. The two ladies at the front desk were so kind. Heidi was one and Leane was the other. They explained the class schedule and different class types and gave me some brochures to take home. I had my class with Sharon and I had one other classmate taking the class with me. Sharon explained the proper way to use all the equipment and we got to do a full 30-minute workout. I was definitely sweating by the end of our time. While the class prices are a bit much for me, I did have a nice time here. The studio was very clean and welcoming. They had large cubbies to put your belongings in and they had nice Pilates gear (grip socks, pants, shirts, etc.) for sale. I can see why so many people call Club Pilates their home.
