  I did a Google search for sports physicals and this medical provider was displayed. I selected their link and made an appointment for the next day within 5 minutes. We went, in and out in 30 minutes. It would have been faster had I completed my paperwork ahead of time, but still fairly quick turnaround. The staff was friendly and efficient. This was especially great because I didn't use my insurance coverage and still paid under $100. Highly recommended!

  The team at AFC Princess Anne is welcoming and want to make sure that you get the best care. The medical team makes sure you get seen and any concerns you may have, they listen without rushing you. Dr. Willis takes the time to explain what is going on with you and what the probable causes could be and what to to next to getting better. While there, they sent a test out and next morning, they had sent a prescription out to my pharmacy after the results came back. Super caring and efficient with what they do at this location. It's well kept and clean in the waiting area as well as the exam rooms. They are quick to get you seen, it does help when it's not crowded at the time of your appointment, but nonetheless, they take care of you and don't rush. This is my number one spot for coming to when not feeling well.

  Ila is phenomenal! She assisted me on two occasions with warmth, professionalism, and kindness. She is clearly an expert in her role, easily answering any questions I had about a complex process. She demonstrated patience and a genuine desire to assist me and my family. She ensured I had all of the information I needed and repeated back vital details to ensure I captured them on my end. What a wonderful experience it is to interact with Ila! Thank you!

  Outstanding experience. Romina went above and beyond—she was kind, attentive, and truly made me feel comfortable the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Darren Willis was just as impressive—very professional and took the time to explain everything step by step so there were no surprises. The level of care, communication, and professionalism here really stands out. Highly recommend.

  My experience at this location was beyond exhausting and full of trouble . From the moment my wife and I walked in with our daughter a “heavier set woman with glasses “ made us feel like we were wasting her time . No matter what job you provide or perform ,customer service is key when dealing with our humans . This woman was openly rude and sat as if her position is permanent. Imagine saying good morning or afternoon and a “customer service clerk” just stares at you . While being checked in with first nurse before the head physician came in . Nurse ask simple questions like what’s wrong with child . It appeared that only my wife voice mattered . Making direct eye contact with my wife only . Any input I gave lead to a “head down “ no eye contact followed with “ummhmm sure “ rebuttals. These body language mean sir please be quite , your presence doesn’t matter . I took FMLA to assist my daughter in which I would needed an FMLA document completed to assist my baby girl which lead us back to the “heavier set woman with glasses” at front desk . She was even ruder and didn’t have any knowledge of what FMLA was . Closing the conversation with “she will leave it for head physician” and call us back . After calling back 3 hours later there was a different rep at desk whom said nothing was done or completed . Call was transferred to clinical team whom asked is this call being recorded? clinical rep placed call on hold then hung up . There are many urgent cares in the area from “Patients First” to Sentara Urgent care . AVOID this location . They are openly rude and will prescribe you items that are best for pharmaceutical payouts not your health needs . This statement is true.
