  I was checked in, seen and treated with prescriptions sent off all within 18 minutes. The staff was super friendly and the building is very clean. Would HIGHLY recommend as I’ve been to at least 3 different Urgent Care facilities around VB and nothing comparea

  Maritza was so compassionate and got my husband back before filling out paperwork. Brittany and Natalia were immediately in the room, covered everything quickly for a severe allergic reaction, and treated him. Best UC experience ever.

  I would give more stars if I could! From the moment I walked into the door, the cleanliness, the smiles, the empathy, I immediately felt comfort and safe. It didn't even take me two minutes to check in my personal information before Kaila came to assist me promptly. My medical information was entered into the system in just another instant! Caroline was completely considerate of my feelings and tried to relieve pain by offering comfort, refreshments, and excellent 'bedside' manner. NP Nagle was completely thorough with her examination and I had the best treatment. I felt safe and in great hands. There are not many urgent care places that make you feel that way: SEEN and HEARD; especially when there's other patients to take of as well. I will definitely be going to this urgent care from now on BUT ESPECIALLY the AFC Urgent Care Hilltop in Virginia Beach. Thank you for making my emergency experience not such an emergency.❤️‍🩹

  If I could, I’d rate AFC a 10!!! What a lovely, wonderful, special group of people work there. So glad it is where I "landed" today! The young woman who immediately took me back and started the EKG, Carolyn, was reassuring and positive and professional and wonderful. And Natalia- oh my goodness- awesome. I appreciate her recommendations, and her kindness to me. I felt extremely blessed that she came in and talked to me about my EKG and my heart. She is a gem. Top notch- I'm so grateful. AFC is a great urgent care!

  Kaila at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She checked my insurance and said I didn’t need to rewrite all of the details since I had the same insurance 2 years ago when I was her on vacation before. Carolyn, my triage nurse was a funny, compassionate and upbeat young lady. She encouraged me to write a review of I was satisfied with my service today. She also, promoted Kaila at the front desk because she said that’s where great patient care begins. Personally, I think Kaila and Carolyn are exceptional employees who both exhibit genuine fantastic patient care, enthusiasm, and professionalism! Thank you both and AFC Urgent Care for recognizing what matters most to people who come here for help!!
