StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Vienna offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

The membership options are reasonable, and the app is actually well-rated. Plus, the studio is clean and the artwork and music are relaxing. I’d recommend to anyone seeking anything from self care to injury recovery.

After a deep tissue massage earlier in the week, the masseuse recommended stretching, so I visited Stretch Lab. The tension in my body was relieved after the first stretch, and I learned practical stretches to do at home. If you haven't tried them and you're looking for ways to relieve stress and improve mobility, check them out right away. 10/10 would recommend.
