  First time I came for an annual physical, the billing department screwed up and kept trying to charge me what insurance had already paid. It took months to get them to correct it. I came back this year because the doctor was good, but they’ve done the same thing with billing again and despite acknowledging receipt of proof that the visit was fully covered by insurance, they sent the bill to collections. Again, Dr. Taylor was good, and I’m sorry I won’t be making any more appointments with her, but their billing department is either a scam or beyond incompetent. It makes it impossible for me to ever give them my business again.

  This is my go-to place for health care when in Vienna and I’m being very satisfied.with my care. I’m able to find appointments within 24 hours and there are several location within driving distance. The administrative and health care staff are professional, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I have always received the treatment I need and get better
