Extremely Disappointing and Disrespectful Experience
I had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Rokhsana Diba at AllCare primary&immediate care in Vienna/Tysons and would never recommend her based on how I was treated.
I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment due to heavy traffic in highway which i explained to the front desk. Despite this, I was checked in as a walk-in, and I had already paid my copay online for the visit. At check-in, I was told the wait time for walk-ins would be about 1.5 hours. I agreed and waited.
I ended up waiting over 2 hours, after which I was taken to an exam room and asked to wait for the doctor. I then waited an additional 20 minutes. During this time, Dr. Diba walked past the room, clearly saw me sitting there, and came in only to say that she would have to see me during her lunch break, which meant I would need to wait another full hour.
I explained calmly that I had already waited far longer than what I was told. Her response was extremely dismissive and rude. With a high and unprofessional attitude, she told me I could “just reschedule.” When I said I had already paid for the visit, she replied that they could refund it. She did not listen, did not attempt to resolve the situation, and walked out, leaving me feeling humiliated, disrespected, and completely disregarded as a patient.
Patients deserve basic courtesy, communication, and respect for their time especially after waiting over two hours. This experience was emotionally exhausting and deeply unprofessional.
The only positive part of this visit was her assistant, who was kind, respectful, and understanding. Unfortunately, that does not make up for the doctor’s behavior.
I will not be returning and strongly advise others to reconsider before booking with Dr. D.
