  I made an appointment yesterday for today with a third party service. My appointment was for 3:20p. No one called me to let me know my insurance provider was not accepted, and the office staff confirmed they looked before I came in. I drove all the way here, my husband had to take off work, and no one had the consideration to let me know to not waste everyone’s time. To include the short comment of, “basically you can’t be seen today, but get another insurance, and call us back!” No regard or apology once they saw. Highly disappointed especially because I just found out I am expecting and wanted some peace of mind of a skin lesion.

  Tried scheduling an appointment but was turned away because of the type of issue I’m facing - it’s a scalp issue that is very common and treated by most dermatologist. Not sure why they are so specific about who they are willing see.

  My biopsy went very quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

  The Dr, I believe her name is Ann is the GOAT. I will never go to another Dr for my skin issues. She knows her stuff. I was called within 5 minutes of my appointment to come to the back, which is unheard of in a Doctors office. Ive gone to many other dermatologists and was extremely disappointed, but she gave me hope again in my skin issues. I recommend her to EVERYONE. She is straight forward, her treatment strategy is effective and she is super nice and funny. Everyone go to her! Her and her staff make it the best experience ever. My husband was so impressed, he even wanted to go for his skin issues.
