  Tried to get a prescription filled. Staff was not knowledgeable, rude, and said they threw away my script. After 5 minutes they found it with missing information that they could have gotten from me when I dropped it off. They gave attitude and avoided talking to me because they didn’t ask for my NAME initially. If technicians are not fully trained to obtain BASIC information they should not be working in the medical field. Disappointing and I regret attempting to give this pharmacy a chance.

  Do yourself a favor and never go to this place. RUDE people will tell you how you are over reacting and how you are feeling. The prices for a drug changed four times and they could never give me a price that matched the price before. They dropped my insurance too how nice of them. Rachel and Bobby both need retraining to talk to the public.
