Tried to get a prescription filled. Staff was not knowledgeable, rude, and said they threw away my script. After 5 minutes they found it with missing information that they could have gotten from me when I dropped it off. They gave attitude and avoided talking to me because they didn’t ask for my NAME initially. If technicians are not fully trained to obtain BASIC information they should not be working in the medical field. Disappointing and I regret attempting to give this pharmacy a chance.

Customer service is okay, but be wary of the hygiene in the drive-through. They pass the same phone around for different customers to use. This is incredibly unsanitary, especially when sick people are handling it and spreading their germs to the next customer.
