- SDSydney DrumhellerNov 3, 20251.0Tried to get a prescription filled. Staff was not knowledgeable, rude, and said they threw away my script. After 5 minutes they found it with missing information that they could have gotten from me when I dropped it off. They gave attitude and avoided talking to me because they didn’t ask for my NAME initially. If technicians are not fully trained to obtain BASIC information they should not be working in the medical field. Disappointing and I regret attempting to give this pharmacy a chance.

Kroger always have my medications at decent prices, always on time, and the people are nice. I'm not happy with leaving them to go somewhere. 😭😭😭. Had I known I would have never chosen this new insurance. I will miss your services.
