  I'm very frustrated with this location. I was so excited to get my hearing tested because I've been struggling lately and I've had this appointment for about a month. I texted and got confirmation and they said they put me on the schedule. However, when I got there, I was told I wasn't on the schedule. Even when I showed the texts stating my appointment time and day, I just kept being told I only have that gentleman out there scheduled. She offered to squeeze me in an hour later, but this is my day off and I have things to do. One would expect an appointment that was CONFIRMED to be scheduled. Extremely disappointed, frustrating and just all out upset. Please make absolutely certain you are actually on the schedule before driving to this location.

  Tammy Rhodes is knowledgeable, professional and provides great customer service. After my dealing with hearing loss and hearing aid companies for thirty some years, I must say, Tammy and Connect Hearing are the best! The level of service and quality of product received has significantly improved my hearing, and therefore, adds quality to my social experiences.   Tammy has been amazing in helping me with my hearing aids since day one! From initial setup to aftercare, she's always taken care of me. Even when my hearing aids got wet, she set up a loaner pair when she sent them off for repair. I can't recommend her enough!!!

  I purchased my Hearing Aids at Connect Hearing in Suffolk over a year ago.It was the best purchase that I have made in a period of time. When you come into the office you are greeted by a very knowledgeable person in the Hearing Aid business (Tammy England). I cannot believe the difference of getting the Hearing Aids has done to my life. Before not having the Hearing Aids I was barely able to hear people when I was having a conversation with them ( Now no Problem). When I went to the movies I never did hear well (now no problem) The same way with television I had to use sub-titles or raise he volume. You see a lot of ads on tv for hearing aids that are not correct information. I am really glad I went to Connect Hearings and purchased mine. The price was very good and the service is excellent, if you have a problem one phone call and you are in.
