Update: 4/12, still waiting on my refund.
I had been attending this Pilates studio for several months and initially enjoyed the classes, but my experience with their membership policies and customer service has been extremely disappointing.
In early March, I contacted the studio because I was sick and wanted to temporarily suspend my membership. I was told I needed to provide medical documentation to prove I was sick, which I was not comfortable sharing. Instead, I chose to cancel my membership and communicated that decision with the manager, Sarah, via text on March 2. As instructed, I also sent a formal cancellation email to the club on March 6.
Despite this, on March 16 the studio still deducted $200 from my account. I contacted Sarah again on March 18, and she informed me that a refund had been issued that same day. Unfortunately, weeks later I still have not received the refund, and my repeated calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered.
In addition to the billing issue, I often experienced subtle but uncomfortable microaggressive behavior from some staff members. Although I had been attending for several months and was familiar with the routines, certain instructors repeatedly approached me as if I were new or didn’t belong in the class. Comments such as instructing me to “put a closed fist on your stomach or raise your hand if you need help” were directed at me even when I had not asked for assistance and did not need it. Meanwhile, instructors in training frequently singled me out unnecessarily.
Overall, the lack of responsiveness regarding billing and the uncomfortable treatment I experienced have left me with a very negative impression. I would strongly encourage the studio to improve both their customer service and the way they interact with long-standing members.

Brought my sister who is 75 years old and brand new to Pilates to a private Pilates class with Melissa. Melissa was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Melissa structured the session to my sister’s ability. I highly recommend her. She is an excellent instructor!!

I wasn't sure what to expect when my neighbor asked me to try a Pilates class with her a couple of years ago. I tried it, liked it and still going strong. Emily and Kim are fantastic instructors, I love the variety and challenge that each class provides.

I’ve been a member of club Pilates for 2 1/2 years and I love it! I love the the wide availability of classes, the staff, the people. The instructors keep the the classes fresh and new by changing it up. Not to mention, my quality of life and improved so much! Come join us!
I spoke with Kim about memberships at Club Pilates. She had a very nasty attitude, you would think as a general manager she would be very nice and welcoming. After that it made uncomfortable and seek Pilates elsewhere in the area instead of at club Pilates.
