  Front desk is horrible. Very disrespectful and should not be in healthcare. I would not return with despicable front desk staff since it causes a person who is already sick and stressed to become more stressed during a vulnerable time.

  Went because I missed work the day before and day of my visit because of stress and didn't sleep for last 2 nights. Provider that I saw wouldn't give work note covering yesterday and today/ computer won't let her back date, which I am aware is not true. She didn't want to help me, not sure why. She could have just as easily typed note for yesterday and today, the way she typed today and tomorrow.

  Staff was friendly and efficient when I arrived with back pain. I received the prescriptions I needed and a referral for PT. Unfortunately, where I was referred to didn’t accept my insurance. I called and left 4 messages for a new referral and no one ever called me back. I took all my meds and my back still hurts because I have not gotten to PT.

  I was so pleased with the reception and care I received at the clinic. Everyone was so caring and professional. I was not feeling well at all. I was able to be seen quickly and received great care. I am feeling better already. Thank you.

  My family and I have been coming to AFC in Suffolk for probably 4 years at this point and we have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always kind and so patient with my kids. The “worst” thing is only that they don’t have an Xray technician all the time so it’s hit or miss but they usually have a note on the door if one is not in, or you can call and confirm before going in. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for an urgent care facility in the area.
