  The best low impact workout for pelvic floor health. I have done pure barre before and during pregnancy— I believe it helped with recovery and swear by it. It has transformed my body composition over time and I’ll never be without it. The teachers are hands on and lovely to be around. The community is supportive and diverse.

  As a regular in DC, I was hoping to continue doing PB during the winter holidays, and I cannot recommend PBPF enough! Even though I was only there for 2 weeks, it felt like I had become a regular. The teachers (esp Angela, Courtney, Michelle A., Michelle J., and Susan) were all exceptional, and so great with name recognition and shoutouts. I especially appreciated Courtney crawling all over the floor during classes to give hands-on adjustments - she is so committed to making sure everyone got a fantastic workout. I only got to take one class with Susan, but wow, her musicality is phenomenal. Michelle J. had me laughing throughout classes and almost made me forget I was there for a workout - she's top-notch! I also wanted to give a shoutout to client Geeta who was so warm and welcoming, and so kind. While the teachers are phenomenal, it's also the clients that create the community, and Geeta certainly did that for me. Thank you, PBPF! Can't wait to drop in again. :)

  I have been a member for nearly a year now. I love it! I do 8 classes per month and every class is fun. It's an amazing community with top-notch instructors. Thanks for everything!
