If you want a lifelong dentist and a safe place to take your family, this is the place. Dr. Hawa and his staff are hands down a perfect example of what customer service-meets-dentistry could be. No one likes the dentist and i am the first to run out of the door. But Dr. Hawa and his team are personable and calming. And I am high maintenance :) One of my sons are slightly autistic and do not respond well to anything that would happen in a dentist chair. But my son did not scream once, did not run once, sat through the whole ordeal of cleaning and exams and I know this was fully due to the Hawa staff and their experience. Had some very expensive work done and his staff was experienced enough to tell me WHEN to come to the dentist (I waited 2 weeks) so my wife's coverage would work alongside my own, reducing my bills by hundreds. They put my needs and billing over their profits. As a customer service manager for over 30 years I have used some of my experiences with his office as conversation starters in my team meetings on how to approach a client and make them feel like they will be taken care of. Honestly, it is a pleasure going to the dentist now. This is my honest review, I am not compensated in any way and I just really want anyone who is reading this that you have found the right place.

I'm very excited to get my smile back. The staff are great as well. When I come to this office I am treated like family. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family.
