Marc Meadows is an excellent physical therapist. He is very experienced and knows what he is doing. Even though his is a one man shop, he works very efficiently with all the clients giving them all the attention they need. He is also very personable. The receptionist is also very pleasant and efficient.

They're friendly team, and they're very clear that they want you to get better quickly and permanently. That's very rare in a physical therapy office.
I like the light atmosphere and I always end up having I'm doing all my exercises.
Definitely recommend them for getting yourself back into better health.

Mr Mark does exceptionally great job. This is the best physical therapy place i came across so far.
He understands the root cause of pain and treats accordingly. I had an on going pain for so long and i was suffering a lot, i tried all types of massages and therapy techniques until Mr. Mark treated me and i felt so much better.
His staff is very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. They have high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Overall i would highly recommend and if there were more than 5 stars i would have given this place more.
Frequently Asked Questions About Physical Restoration & Sports Medicine
Can I choose where I want to have therapy?
Absolutely. You have the freedom to select your therapy provider. While many of our patients are referred by physicians, we also welcome clients who choose us based on our strong reputation in the community for clinical excellence.
Do I need a physician referral to receive therapy?
A physician referral is not required. Our therapist is qualified to provide direct-access physical therapy, allowing for evaluation and treatment for up to 60 days without a doctor's referral. The patient can be seen under direct access only if they are not under the care of a physician. If treatment needs to extend beyond this period, our therapist will advise you to consult with a physician.
Does your facility accept my insurance?
We accept most major health insurance plans, including Medicare and worker's compensation. To confirm coverage under your specific plan, please contact our office before your initial appointment.
Does your facility submit claims to my insurance company?
We offer the convenience of submitting insurance claims on behalf of our patients. To facilitate this process, we kindly request a copy of your insurance identification card to ensure we have all the necessary information for accurate claim submission. Additionally, we only file Medicare secondary insurance. We do not file commercial secondary insurances.
What will my first visit be like?
Your initial visit will involve a comprehensive evaluation of your condition by your therapist, followed by the start of treatment. This session typically lasts between 60 to 90 minutes. The evaluation is crucial for developing a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs for optimal recovery.
What do I bring on my first visit?
Please bring your medical doctor's referral slip, medical insurance card, and identification. For worker's compensation cases, include your claim information and number. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork.
What do I wear?
We suggest wearing comfortable attire suitable for movement, such as sweatpants or shorts, a t-shirt or tank top, and athletic shoes.
How long is each visit?
Treatment sessions typically range from 60 to 90 minutes. The duration may vary depending on the specific treatments and exercises prescribed for your condition.
How often will I go to treatment?
The frequency of your visits will be determined after your initial evaluation. However, most patients are scheduled for 2 to 3 sessions per week.
Will I see the same therapist for each treatment?
At Physical Restoration & Sports Medicine, we ensure continuity of care by assigning the same physical therapist to you for all your treatment sessions.
