  I brought my Dad in to the sterling office and the environment was great and staff was welcoming. Everything was up to par compared to the two other places we visited before. My Dad had a hearing problem for a long time and Dr. Mai made it evident that it was a serious issue and that he could provide us with what we needed to better his condition, so we went forward and my Dad's hearing has been better and we couldn't be more happy!

  This has been an incredible journey so far. I never thought I would ever hear the birds sing outside my windows again. I used to sit and watch them at the bird feeders but now I hear them too! And it is all because of the wonderful care and concern of Dr. Michael and Ellen of the Miracle Ear Sterling office! Ellen kept in contact with me and answered any pre-appointment questions I had. She also escorted me right in when I arrived an hour late for my appointment after problems with my wheelchair. Dr. Michael listened to my concerns and issues and talked with my husband as to the difficulties I was encountering at home due to hearing loss. He gave me an extensive hearing test explaining everything the whole way through. Dr. Michael then gave his honest opinion about which aid he thought would assist me the most (and it wasn't the most expensive)! I went back today to be fitted with my hearing aids. Dr. Michael explained everything there is to my hearing aids. He went through a delivery checklist then and ask me along the way to express any questions I had for him. He answered all my questions. I go back in two weeks as this is an acclimation process. I love the care for life of my aids! I look forward to seeing both him and Ellen in two weeks!
