  Will, Angelica, and Carrie were all incredibly professional and welcoming. Will was very careful in ensuring the ear mold was done correctly and walked me through the entire process. Great service.

  Change in ownership is a big plus. Kelly is great and excellent at working with her clients. She was extremely helpful when serving my mom.

  I have had a hearing problem in my right ear for as long as I can remember. After going to my hearing test, I was thrilled that I qualified for a hearing aid. When I got my hearing aid, I could not believe how much I could hear! The staff at the Sterling Miracle Ear is very friendly and knowledgeable. Every step of this process has been very easy and I am just over the moon thrilled with being able to hear out of both ears now. Thank you Miracle Ear!

  I brought my Dad in to the sterling office and the environment was great and staff was welcoming. Everything was up to par compared to the two other places we visited before. My Dad had a hearing problem for a long time and Dr. Mai made it evident that it was a serious issue and that he could provide us with what we needed to better his condition, so we went forward and my Dad's hearing has been better and we couldn't be more happy!
