  Pharmacist Jane is incredible! I’ve seen her in action with other patients while waiting in line. She comes out directly to address questions with such compassion and understanding—and makes that person feel like they are the only one there—even as the phones are ringing and numerous other interactions are occurring. As someone who works in healthcare, I recognize the effort this takes, along with the positive impact it makes on patients. Today I was the recipient of Jane’s exceptional knowledge and care as she worked through some complicated insurance issues with a new medication. This Giant pharmacy is top notch, mainly due to Jane. Shout-out to the pharmacy technicians up front—all so patient and kind as well—a well run place!

  Getting 4 stars because it’s a good grocery store, but minus one star because they’ve always got solicitors outside. It’s not just this location, all Giants allow solicitors, but this Giant does it more than any others I’ve known. Seriously, if it’s not the Girl Scouts, don’t let them set up shop there, lol.

  Shoutout to the lady I spoke to on the phone but she said they had a certain medication available but the pharmacist are very picky to who they give it too and they often reject prescriptions, and when my prescription was sent, I was told they are sold out when I know they had it available .. so I’d avoid this pharmacy at all costs, dishonest practices.. don’t waste ur time with this one and go to the other pharmacy’s nearby, but the girl who warned me about them is definitely a good person, so thanks to her!
