She comes out directly to address questions with such compassion and understanding—and makes that person feel like they are the only one there—even as the phones are ringing and numerous other interactions are occurring. As someone who works in healthcare, I recognize the effort this takes, along with the positive impact it makes on patients. Today I was the recipient of Jane’s exceptional knowledge and care as she worked through some complicated insurance issues with a new medication. This Giant pharmacy is top notch, mainly due to Jane. Shout-out to the pharmacy technicians up front—all so patient and kind as well—a well run place!

It’s not just this location, all Giants allow solicitors, but this Giant does it more than any others I’ve known. Seriously, if it’s not the Girl Scouts, don’t let them set up shop there, lol.

So the rep came over barking that I had done something wrong. First off don't come over to me being inexcusably rude saying I did something wrong when it was the system that failed. I told her dont assume and don't accuse a customer She still had attitude saying I was wrong blah blah.. It was unacceptable RUDENESS by her and wont be tolerated. I simply was trying to check out like I normally do and was faced with poor customer service and beligerance Absolutely unacceptable
