They installed an expensive Cibes "lift" in my new home in July 2023 and it has been out of service more than in service. This latest problem I have been waiting 42 days since they came out and diagnosed the problem and were to come back and fix it, I am still waiting and no phone calls to tell me when, I have to hound them. Being pleasant doesn't help solve the problem and I wouldn't recommend them or this Lift to anyone

- CMCraig MuirMar 30, 20215.04 years ago, 101Mobility installed a Bruno chair lift at our house. It wrapped the staircase top and bottom to leave the stair pathway open. The lift is fabulous and they’ve been wonderful people to deal with. We tend to like being on their annual maintenance agreement, but they seem to service us quickly either way. When there’s a problem with the lift, they generally work us into their schedule that day. We highly recommend 101Mobility.
