  You can get blood tests done way cheaper than from this place! My PCP sent blood test out to this place and they are billing me an exorbitant amount of money. Stay away!

  I've never had an experience that led me to want to give 0 stars, but today was that day. I made an appointment for 710 today and arrived a little after 7. According to the sign in the window the business opens at 700. I called the only number that Quest has posted online (which is a national automated line) only to be told 'call back during our hours of operation which start at 0700'. After waiting around 20 minutes for somebody to show up and unlock the door, I had to get to work. Shoutout to Fishersville LabCorp for transitioning my labs over to them!

  Wonderful guy working there. He was good at what he does! A pleasant morning of getting blood drawn.

  The email I got said they open at 7. The door says they open at 7. I got there at 7:30, and had to wait almost two hours before someone arrived. I guess Quest likes to run understaffed. When they finally did get someone to show up, she was great. Erika was absolutely professional and displayed great customer service. I give Erika a 5/5, but I'd give Quest as a company a 0.

  Andre was so awesome. Super nice and he got me on the first try on the blood extract. Usually it takes AH 5-6 tries. He definitely is in the right field of work!
