I explained I took a PTO day for the appointment and couldn’t do another time, so they back tracked on canceling. Then, 30 minutes before the appointment they called to say they didn’t have the item I paid for that I needed to pick up at that appointment. It was supposed to take 3 weeks but ended up taking 5. Communication was disorganized and unprofessional.

I have always had a fear of dentists so between not going to the dentist and a car accident my teeth and lack of was horrible. From the first consultation Dr. Tulunoglu was amazing!! I had teeth pulled, bone replaced, and implants. Dr. Tulunoglu let me know what to expect with each step. The most I ever need for pain was Advil. The office team was amazing about working with your schedule so you were able to make appointments that work best for you. The dental Hygienist, dental Assistant always made sure you were ok. I truly believe if Dr Tulunoglu was your first dentist no one would ever have a fear of dentists. Thank you all for a truly amazing expedience!! Judieanne A. Conner
