Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the office management and staff. They consistently lose appointments, fail to return phone calls, and come across as rude and disorganized. We placed a deposit for custom inserts that were never ordered, and when we requested a refund, we were told only the manager could process it. It took over a week, four follow-up calls, and repeated frustration just to get the refund approved. While the doctor himself is outstanding, the experience is completely overshadowed by the unprofessional and chaotic front-office staff. Sadly, I would not recommend this practice for anyone who values good communication or reliable customer service.
