I have been getting day passes only on weekends for the past several weeks and not until after 7 weeks of coming did someone mention they have a week pass. I pay $40 for the weekend when I could have been paying $50 for the week. The environment is welcoming. I would not say it’s reflective of all staff as the Assistant GM is a professional and a few others but th customer service needs a drastic improvement
