- CHCass HyattJun 2, 20251.0After being led to the examination room, Dr. Anbessie came in and immediately mistook me for someone else, stating "ohh your back we just took your blood". Sorry, Dr. I've never been here before. "Oh, you look just like someone". Then after I explained to him why I was there and he looked at it for 15 seconds and I do mean 15 seconds. I was told I would need to see a surgeon. At this time, he provided a referral for plastic surgeon. I called and they do not except insurance unless it's related to cancer. I contacted this Dr office back who stated they would send out another referral. I did not hear back from the Dr Office. I did get a call from Mary Washington Hospital Center 2 business days later, who advised that they received the referral however they do not complete the type of procedure I need. I contacted the Dr office back who advises that I would need to contact my insurance to find a surgeon. Dr Anbessi and the front desk staff are the absolute worst doctors office I've ever been in. I still do not have a referral. You can be certain though. I will never go back to that office for any care. I will offer unsolicited to anyone I hear mention anything about needing medical services my awful experience with this place.
