- DODavid OrtegaMar 26, 20261.0Has had nothing but issues with the billing staff… they keep telling me I have an outstanding balance for copays but my insurance has no copay for office visits, they demand I go on a pay plan because they don’t know how to fix their mistakes. I called on a Wednesday and made a next day appointment, I ended up not needing the appointment so I called in the morning to cancel, they charged me a cancellation fee for not canceling 24 ahead. How could I cancel 24 hours again when I made the appointment 24 hours before. The doctor is fine, no complaints, it’s the incompetence of the office manager that gets this 1 star review.

He seems like a very busy man but as long as you’re not running late and the doctors aren’t behind from other patients running late, he will spend time with you to help. The other 2 doctors have also seen me and they were good doctors as well.

I had to leave an appointment and go to work twice because I was waiting almost two hours from the time of my appointment and hadn't been seen yet. On the third attempt of an appointment, the doctor was a half hour late to work. Will never return.
