My experience was great at first, but everything changed when a tooth fragment was left behind after my wisdom tooth extraction. Even after I told them I was in pain, they said they could only fix the fragment if I stayed until the end of the day or came back another time. They also refused to refund the medication that wasn’t covered by insurance, even though we told them we didn’t want it before re-signing the procedure paperwork. We had already paid in full weeks in advance for the medication and procedure. Overall, very disappointing.

Dr Jungwirth and his team did an amazing job. They helped explain things as we went along and checked in with me several times to make sure I was OK and comfortable during my procedure. They completed my surgery skillfully and I am grateful for the kindness and care I received at this office. I look forward to returning for my follow-up visits.

I had a good experience and left feeling that my issue was fully addressed. Also appreciated getting an appointment within days and not weeks. I will definitely be a repeat patient if needed.

Great experience overall. My son had all four of his wisdom teeth pulled with zero complications. Three days later, he was talking and eating like nothing happened. The dentist and techs were wonderful and gave great instructions on how to take care of my son post op.
