Dr. Patel is both a dentist and a physician, completing both is medical and dental degrees at Columbia University. He finished his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City. During his training, he participated with Healing the Children in the countries of Columbia and Ecuador treating children with cleft lips and palates. Dr. Patel was also part of one of the first teams involved in CT guided implant placement at Columbia University. Dr. Patel was born and raised in Philadelphia and went to Boston University for college. Dr. Patel, his wife and three children enjoy spending time together and enjoy traveling.

Even after I told them I was in pain, they said they could only fix the fragment if I stayed until the end of the day or came back another time. They also refused to refund the medication that wasn’t covered by insurance, even though we told them we didn’t want it before re-signing the procedure paperwork. We had already paid in full weeks in advance for the medication and procedure. Overall, very disappointing.
