My technician, Mr. Gellner was professionally proficient with excellent customer service. I rolled out after 1 hour with a smile of satisfication. Having unlimited mobility as an wheelchair dependent amputee is very important. I will definitely bring "Jazzy" back to the Springfield, Virginia location for continued maintenance. Thank you.

I am making this review because I had my chair delivered last Wednesday by a Mr. Charles McNeil, and I wanted to say how much I appreciated his help, professionalism, friendliness, and empathy. It was a huge day that I'd been waiting for for many years to get this chair, and Mr. McNeil made that day so much easier and happier by doing his job exceptionally well and with great compassion. I hope this company knows what a wonderful employee they have in him.
