- RVRenee ValdezJun 2, 20255.0I was offered a free hearing test at the Miracle Ear Hearing Aid Center in Springfield, VA. MY Honey, Scott, and I went in for my appointment today and saw Lauren Jones. From the moment we walked in her office, she was warm and professional. I have had two hearing tests in the last two years at a different provider and can say, without hesitation, the information, education, empathy, and professionalism we experienced from Lauren far exceeds my previous experiences. She took time to thoroughly explain how we process audio information from entry into the ear to cognitive interpretation. After the test and her analysis, Lauren reviewed the results, assuring we both understood my hearing loss and how it may be affecting me and the various aspects of my world. She was attentive to, and empathetic with Scott, helping him understand the elements unique to my hearing loss. She patiently listened and answered all of our questions. Thank you so much, Lauren.
