  I had an extremely unprofessional experience at this GNC location. I came in politely asking for glucose tablets for a school science experiment. Instead of helping, the employee responded with attitude, questioned who “recommended” it to me, told me to “search it up and show her,” and said I didn’t know what I was looking for. She even acted annoyed that I entered the store and interrupted her conversation with another customer. At no point did she try to help or explain anything — she was dismissive, rude, and condescending. This is not how customers, especially students, should be treated when asking a simple product question. I left feeling uncomfortable. Please train your employees on how to be nice to customers.

  I’ve used this GNC many times and I constantly have issues. They don’t match any of the normal sales the GNC does as they are privately owned. Every time I enter the store a new employee is working who barely knows how to operate the register. I made an online order yesterday, got the message the order was ready for pickup. Went to the store - the employee didn’t see it in the system. Called the manager and she said they can’t help me I need to call customer service. I showed my receipt, email stating the order was ready, and even the deduction from my bank account. Manager refused to help until I asked for the store to deal with it and call customer service. The manager directed the employee over the phone to assist other members in the store (who didn’t even need help) and make me wait. I got fed up and left. Called GNC and asked to refund my order. It’s 1pm on a Saturday, only 1 employee is working (who seemed to be new). Manager on the phone sounded like she just woke up and was being rude and interrupting me when I tried to express my irritation with the situation. Terrible customer service. Refuse to give this GNC business or recommend to any friends.

  This is probably the best GNC in the area. Sometimes it gets difficult to find a GNC with everything you need but every time I come here they seem to have everything I need.
