- SSsoyNov 25, 20192.0despite the cleanliness and variety in this store, i think this store lacks in service.. i’ve worked in sales before, so i can understand employees trying to make a sale. but continually bothering a customer to purchase an item they’re not even interested in buying is very unnecessary and honestly quite annoying. i walked in knowing what i wanted but the employee kept suggesting i pair my purchase with other items and kept asking if i wanted to buy these random products. it didn’t feel like he was even trying to help, it just felt like he wanted to make me spend a ton of money bc he was pointing out the most expensive items in the store. i spent too much time in the store due to him constantly trying to make me buy more... even when i was ready to cash out he walked away to suggest me something else last minute. i just felt uncomfortable shopping here. i recommend the fairfax one, they seem more knowledgeable and are great in service.
