They never answer the phone, never return messages, and seemingly have no interest in helping the patients who keep them in business. Forcing people to drive down here just to get a simple status update because no one can be bothered to pick up a phone is a massive disservice. This isn't just poor customer service; it is a blatant disregard for patient safety. When you deal with people’s health, 'ignoring the phone' is not an option. Avoid this location if you rely on timely communication for your healthcare.
