- DDDeanna DohertyApr 10, 20221.0Was trying to order a coffee at the Starbucks. A man was talking to the worker who seemed very uncomfortable. When I asked him if he was ordering, twice he put his finger in my face and said with very slurred words "Don't worry about me." I went to the manager and reported the incident. He immediately walked over to handle it. He spoke with the worker who was crying at this point. When the clearly intoxicated man started cussing at and threatening me, the manager told him to leave. I was pleased that the manager had handled the situation. However, when I was shopping, I saw the same intoxicated man at customer service waiting to be helped. The same manager walked up to customer service and sold the man a pack of cigarettes. So clearly he pretended to have the man leave the store. So much for protecting your customers and workers!
