  I don't feel confident speaking to the pharmacist during consultations. They just tell me to look at the paper provided whenever I ask a specific question. This pharmacy gives off a very "on to the next one" vibe...even when there is only one other person behind me, if that. We've updated info on their system which had to be done multiple times afterwards. I needed emergency medication and they told me to get a generic brand over the counter "because that is what we do when there isn't any left." But we were prescribed this because of allergies to the derivatives in the OTC meds. Smh. We've had some okay experiences in the past, nothing beyond average though. So 3 stars for that.

  Hands down worst pharmacy I have ever used. 1st bad experience, after getting a text that my prescription was ready i had to wait 30 minutes for them to complete it when I got there. 2nd bad experience, after not hearing from them for a few days after ordering a refill i go in to check and was told “your insurance refused to pay”. Then she goes back to talk to pharmacist and comes back out saying something that made no sense and i had to yell back to ask the pharmacist if it was just a prior authorization issue (which it was). Please put competent people behind that counter.

  Worst pharmacy you can go to. When they are done making the meds. Instead of letting the customer know, they just make you sit there and wait extra 30 min for no reason. Also said i would be getting a txt message to let me know but they sent me when i was paying for the meds. Literal garbage customer service

  I would like to give 5 stars for Giant pharmacy specifically for their front desk helper, Sohaila. Every time I go to pick up my medications, I watch how she tries to help everyone and provide the best and quick service to the clients. She is sweet and friendly and always tries to help. The pharmacists are helpfulas well, in particular one of them, which unfortunately I don't have her name.

  Literally, one of the worst I’ve ever used. I only continue to use it out of sheer convenience, but they never have anything in stock or anything ready when it’s supposed to be. If you have a choice, don’t use this pharmacy.
