STAY AWAY STAY STAY AWAY!!
UPDATE- Owner nice trying gas lighting your customer into pretending we didn’t visit your practice. Let me go ahead and attach photos. DO BETTER TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. Oh I am going to make sure I rely my review everywhere now.
This is by far the worst eye care location I’ve ever been to. I came in 10 days ago to get my prescription and since then I have had to call EVERY single day just to try to get it. Every time I call, I’m told, “We’ll send it today.”
They never send it.
If you’re buying overpriced glasses directly from them, you’ll magically get your prescription right away. But if you just want your prescription to take elsewhere, good luck. They make it nearly impossible and force you to hunt them down repeatedly just to receive something you are legally entitled to.
This feels intentional and incredibly unprofessional. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic respect for patients is unbelievable. I should not have to beg, chase, and call daily for over a week just to receive my own prescription.
Avoid this Springfield location unless you enjoy wasting your time and being ignored.
Oh and the employees? They do not care one bit about you. They just love to chit chat and not do there jobs apparently

Great visit! I had been struggling with eye strain for years, and Dr. Surmaty immediately pinpointed the issue. He took the time to explain clearly, and the front desk team was professional. My new glasses are good quality!
