I stopped by the store on a whim to pick up some vitamins hadn't been there in years and she was very knowledgeable, personable and greeted me upon entry and offered assistance. She was well spoken about the products I inquired about and showed me everything I needed, and educated me on some new offerings as well, clone her and give her a raise! Kudos đź‘Ź I'll be back, customer service is EVERYTHING.

Electa is beyond unfriendly, she is flat out hostile and rude to customers. With so many other reviews pointing out the same thing, it makes you wonder if GNC even cares?? I will never give them my business again. Adding to my review: I called the customer service line to make a formal complaint on 2/01/24 and asked for a manager to contact me. To date (02/03/24), I have not heard from management. SMH
