  I wanted to compliment the staff at this Kroger pharmacy @Ridgewood farms location for always going the extra mile to assist me, answer my questions patiently and sincerely caring about my needs as their patient! Nikki, David, Kyle,Christina and Madeline went above! Thanks!🙂👍🏾

  Pharmacy worker thinks that people with allergies makes his childs life less fulfilling because he can't eat peanut butter sandwiches next to them. He said, "I dont know how your child would get my child lunch". Really, if that's what you think you need more training for what you do because if you don't understand cross contamination you don't need to handle meds for anyone. It's not that my child would take your child lunch from him. It is cross contamination from where your child touches mine with it on his hands or gets it on the table, or seat or they share a pencil. What if they high fived each other. Are you catching what I'm saying? Do you handle medication where dust from the penicillin can get to the blood pressure medications? If you do you can kill a member of my family. I want be using this pharmacy.

  I just got some real poor service at the Electric Road Kroger pharmacy. I was looking for a product and the lady at the counter greeted me with a hard scowl. I asked where the product was and the first answer I got back was to the tune of "not my department." Is it so reasonable to expect the pharmacy tech to know where things are in the pharmacy? So I asked for someone who does work that area to help me, and the short and sweet of it was, "Its in this general area, go find it yourself." And that was the extent of her helpfulness. I asked her again for her to get someone to show me where it was and she refused. I can read the sign I new very well the product was located in that isle, I had been looked over at that very isle for some time now and was having no luck, so to tell me it's general area was not helping. I needed someone to point out where it was located, or to tell me definitively no we don't carry it, but instead I treated to caption "not my problem".
