- JHJoseph HoffmanOct 22, 20251.03 strikes your out. This is my third time seeing how pitiful their customer service is. The ineptness that abounds with them. I called to check on a script because even though the doctor calls it in the won't fill it until you call or show up, and then it's 30 min or more. I wait on hold and actually go into the store at the same time. One lady is on her cell phone texting and the others have not a clue. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else.
