  I had a great time with a friend for our first yoga six class. The studio is really nice and the instructors/staff were friendly and helpful. I received a quick tour before class, and the room was dimly lit and relaxing! 10/10 experience

  I recently attended the Y6 Sculpt & Flow class and it was the best workout I've had in a long time. By the end of the class, I felt so energized and renewed. I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and especially the class size. There were tape marks on the floor for each member's mat, so you had plenty of space to move freely without feeling crammed in. Overall, a wonderful experience! I can't wait to try some of the other classes!

  Michelle N. brings a peaceful and positive vibe to her Slow Flow class. She explains well how to do the positions along with altered poses if not doable. Her personality is very kind and supportive. At-home yoga is my typical routine. My first ever in-studio class was very welcoming! I enjoyed the different light colors in the studio. There were several other people there on Sunday, but the space itself felt sufficient. I had some soreness from the day prior from a team sport, and this class helped me stretch out and work on my balance. The heated room helped me relax, but sometimes I thought some light air movement would’ve been nice also. I definitely recommend Slow Flow for people who want to get back into yoga. After class, a staff member gave me a pamphlet with YogaSix class options, so it was nice seeing what all they offered and I appreciate their hours being pretty accessible for most types of personal schedules. Book Michelle!!
