Didn't wait long to see a doctor, everyone was nice, it was a nice and clean place. I was given orthotics for my shoes which were $75, VS going to the Good Feet Store where they do not have a nurse or doctor on premises, and you can and probably will be charged up to $2000 for orthotics!

My first time at a Podiatrist and it was a very good experience. I did not know what to expect but Dr. Allen was wonderful explaining everything to me so we could make the best decision for my care. Her nurse was very friendly and helpful as well! If you find yourself needing Podiatry call Shenandoah Podiatry.

I had two visits to the podiatrist and the first was great. Got great help that has made an improvement to my foot. The second visit was a follow-up. Unfortunately the day of my appointment we had pretty bad weather, so I had to drive through risky conditions. I spoke to a staff member who asked how my foot was, told them it had improved greatly, then I waited for the Doctor. She came in, told me she heard I had made improvements and if I was still feeling pain in 2 months to come back.
I was charged about $100 for this after insurance. $100 for them to ask if I was doing better, for me to say yes, and that's it. Why did I need to drive through bad conditions for this? Why did I have to take time out of my day for something that would've been better suited as a phone call? Why did this cost me $100? This is just disrespectful of their patients and customers. Do they always schedule unnecessary appointments just to get a few extra bucks? Anyways, they've lost me as a patient forever.

Went for the first time today. The ladies who work the front desk were so nice and friendly on the phone and in person. I felt as I was a priority and would highly recommend
