    I made an appointment, and waited only 5 minutes. The phlebotomist was professional, and very nice! I'll go here again, if I need lab work done! 2 thumbs up!! 👍😊

    I went here a few times last year for bloodwork and it was good. The medical staff were nice and sign in was easy. I have tried to go on 3-4 separate occasions this year, and every time the wifi or some other thing has been down (and is still down). I tried going again today and there were still only taking paper orders, no online ones. Which is weird that I can schedule my appointment online, but they can’t receive my orders. They really need to fix this and/or notify patients beforehand that they can only take paper orders. I assumed that since it’s been 3 months that the wifi would be fixed, but that was not the case. Definitely will not be trying to go here again, it’s irresponsible that they haven’t fixed it and/or found a way to work with it.

    Do not call this office. The automated prompt are horrible, the lab results voicemail box has been full for a while and I haven't got my results for 2 WEEKS! I tried to call other departments to let them know but you get put on hold for eternity. It's probably easier to take a half day vacation and drive 25 minutes to the office to get your results. Choose another office for your lab services.

    Had several labs drawn here on Friday. My doctor never received them. I couldn't get through to anyone at the lab to find out where the labs were; finally got someone at the national customer service center and they have no record of me being there, even though they have an electronic check in. I'm pretty sure that constitutes malpractice. No idea where all that blood work went, I'm not in the system at all. Very scary.
