  My first visit, I did struggle to find where the room was, since the desk person on the 3rd floor only directed me to the elevator and I just happened to find my way to the room after that(I followed lab signs and got lucky). The person who was the medical staff that day was really nice and I was in and out. The same for my visit today, I barely waited even though I was a few minutes early. The staff here always double check about spelling of my name and ask what arm I’d prefer for bloodwork. I appreciate this and I will continue to go here!
