  I had my 91 yr old mother there today. The wait was a little long but worth it once we got in with Anna. She was fantastic, kind and caring. Give her a big bonus please!

  I have been going there for years to get regular blood work. They always have been kind and professional. Occasionally I have had long waits, but most of the time I am in and out.

  SO I AM SWITCHING EMPLOYER AND I CALLED THEM AT 4:10 WHICH TOLD ME TO COME IN BEFORE 5:15 CAUSE THEY CLOSE AT 6 . I RUN ACROSS TOWN TO GET MY 3 YEAR OLD RUN HERE BY 5:03 FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY STOP TAKING THEM AT 5:00 . SO I CALLED THE EMPLOYER BACK AND ASKED WHY THEY STATED THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ADVISED OF THIS. COMMUNICATION IS KEY

  Went in for labs last week after I got off work around 4:05pm. Was told by the lady sitting at the window there would be a 20 minute wait. 30 minutes later of no one being called back several were called all at once. I go back there and the lab techs are all running around like they are extremely busy. I was told by the once sitting lady in the window to sit “over there” but there were two stations so I waited for the lady to tell me which chair to sit in. Now that she wasn’t sitting she was very rushed in her work and was about to stick me. Once she stuck my vein and was drawling the first tube of blood she halfway turned her body to yell at another employee behind her. I felt a sharp (like nerve) pain shoot in my arm. As she turned back toward me her heavy lab coat pockets hit my hand causing my arm to move while the needle was in my arm causing more pain. Finally she was done. I let my doctors office know that I would not be coming back to this lab nor recommending anyone to go there. Staff... Stop and think about the person you have sitting in your chair and if you would be happy with the service you provide if you were the one sitting in the chair.
