  If I could give 0 stars I would. We visited 4/9/26 and from the jump after my grandfather checked in. They asked me to come behind the curtain because they had some confusion on paperwork. They asked me the doctors name. I gave it. Then they proceeded to to give me the dirty looks as they stated why doesn’t the doctor do it in his office. Telling me that they see the order but don’t have access but very rudely. They asked that I call his doctor but I didn’t have the number as my grandfather is fully capable of of handling his medical work. So I was confused. Then they told me bring my grandfather to the waiting room. That he had to wait there. I said that’s fine. Just release him. I don’t know what room he is in. We just lost my nana yesterday morning and to get treated so badly for no reason was ridiculous. The Quest at the Towers Mall was very welcoming and kind when we arrived there. Good luck to all that get work don’t by them..very mean people and for no reason.

  Adequate staffing so wait was minimal. Technician was friendly, efficient and skillful. Results in MyChart were prompt.

  Really smooth experience and I don't have blood taken often. Needed 3 vials drawn, have historically stubborn veins and had to be stuck twice but went well after that

  Had the best experience here for drawing blood for lab work. They explained each step and were friendly while being completely professional. No pain, no wild bruising from poking around. Never had such an easy time. Thanks!
